After having worked in an advertising agency in Ulricehamn for about seven years, I felt that it was time for another change, and that was when I contacted Ny. They were a larger agency, with bigger clients and a lot more going on, and that intrigued me. Now that I’ve been working here a while, those things are also the reason why I love it here. There’s so much freedom and I feel like the opportunities are endless. Having fun at work has always been my goal. What I’m doing, where I’m doing it, or what my title is, is a lot less important to me.

In general, I’m actually quite proud of myself for daring. I’ve always been pretty fearless – I was never afraid to quit if I was unhappy at a job, always listened to my gut and trusted that things would sort themselves out. Looking back, I think that courage was really good for me, because it took me pretty far in life.
