I feel like every single person at Ny Studio is different, no two are alike – and I think that’s one of the best things about working here. Everyone has a different set of skills, knowledge, and creative thoughts, and we can learn so many new things from each other. And the fact that we’re all a little crazy, makes it incredibly fun and entertaining. Another great thing about working here, is that if you say you’re interested in a particular type of work, it’s likely they’ll let you do more of it. Because they know I’m interested in photography, I now get to assist during a lot of photoshoots, and I’ve even had a few opportunities to create and style my own concepts. One of those was for a catalog cover. I painted and styled everything myself, and it turned out exactly how I had imagined it. The client approved, and it was the best feeling in the world.
