The fun part is in the production. I’ve always been creative and enjoyed the creative process, but over the years I’ve also realized that the strategic in me is even stronger. I like planning and organizing, which is why I chose to steer my role more towards project management.

Mondays before lunch are probably my favorite time of the week, because by then we’ve planned our week up the best we can and everyone can just dive into their work. But Fridays are great too because we get to sum up the week – and it’s especially satisfying when we’ve achieved every little thing we set out to do. It’s like finishing a run in less time than you thought you could.

My favorite part about Ny is that we have so many amazing skills. I think it’s great that we are able to offer our clients such a wide range of products and services, and help them make a difference on so many levels.
